Our guides will gently encourage you to engage with your surroundings, helping you to fully immerse yourself in the sensory experience.

Time: 8am-11.30pm

Where: Sunshine Coast (exact location to be confirmed).

This is a women's only gentle 2-3 km walk that focuses on slowing down, enhancing the senses, and gaining clarity and guidance in your life journey. It is limited to small group of 10 women.

Please bring: Hat, water bottle, walking shoes, notepad/journal and pen, mossie spray, sunscreen and snacks
